How to Download KlumFit App?

Currently, KlumFit doesn’t have a native app for Android or iPhone. Instead, we offer a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on both platforms. You can learn how to download the KlumFit PWA by watching our tutorial videos on YouTube: "How to Download KlumFit App on Android" and "How to Download KlumFit App on iPhone."

How to Enter a Fitness Center with KlumFit?

With KlumFit, you can access Fitness Center based on the package you've subscribed to. After logging into the app, you’ll see a button labeled 'Your Gyms'. Click on it, and you’ll find two options: Subscribed Gyms (included in your package) and Eligible Gyms (gyms with lower-tier packages you can also access). To enter a gym, generate a one-time password (OTP) in the app, show it at the gym counter for verification, and proceed with your entry. The OTP is valid for only 1 minute.

How to Subscribe to a package of KlumFit?

To subscribe to a KlumFit package: First, Sign up for KlumFit. Choose the package you want. Make the payment for the package. Once the payment is confirmed, your account will be verified by the KlumFit team within 1 hour.

How to Pause my KlumFit Subscription?

You can pause your subscription in case of an emergency. Pauses must last at least 15 days, but no more than 3 months. Currently, there’s no Pause Subscription button in the app, but this feature will be added soon. For now, send an email to klumfit@gmail.com with the reason for pausing your subscription along with your personal details.

How to Enter a Fitness Center with KlumFit?

With KlumFit, you can access Fitness Center based on the package you've subscribed to. After logging into the app, navigate to the "Fitness Center" section, where you’ll find the centers included in your package.
To enter a Fitness Center:

1. OTP-Based Entry:
- Open the app and go to the Generate OTP section. This will create a one-time password (OTP).
- Show this OTP at the Fitness Center counter, where they will verify it. Once the OTP is validated, you’ll receive a confirmation in the app, and you can proceed with your entry.

2. QR Code Entry:
- Open the KlumFit app and navigate to the "QR Scan Entry" section.
- Scan the QR code displayed at the Fitness Center entrance.
- Upon successful verification, you’ll receive instant confirmation and can enter the Fitness Center.

Important:
- The OTP is valid for only 1 minute, so generate it when you are at the Fitness Center.
- If the OTP is not validated within that time, it will expire, and you’ll need to wait 1 minute before generating a new one.
- The QR code entry system provides a faster and contactless check-in experience.
How to Subscribe package of KlumFit?

To subscribe to a KlumFit package:
- First, Sign up for KlumFit.
- Choose the package you want.
- Make the payment for the package.
Once the payment is confirmed, your account will be verified by the KlumFit team within 1 hour.
How to Pause my KlumFit Subscription?

After subscribing to KlumFit, you can pause your subscription directly from the Profile page by selecting the "Subscription Pause" option. Please note the following guidelines for pausing your subscription:

- You can pause your subscription only once per active period.
- The maximum pause duration is 10 days.
- If you wish to resume your subscription before the pause period ends, you can do so at any time.
